Evaluation criteria

  • Nominations will be received electronically through the "Qudwa Digital" platform.
  • Initial administrative screening by the organizing team to ensure compliance with the requirements.
  • Submit the eligible nominations to the independent judging panel.
  • Each file is evaluated using a scoring model associated with each criterion.
  • Conducting interviews or requesting clarification (when needed).
  • The results were approved by the award's supreme committee.
  • The winners will be announced during the official ceremony and honored publicly.

Evaluation stages

First stage: Initial screening

Review all applications to ensure that the basic requirements are met and that the required documents are complete.

Phase Two: Detailed Evaluation

Eligible applications are evaluated based on assessment criteria defined by a specialized committee.

Phase Three: The Shortlist

The final candidates in each category will be selected based on a detailed evaluation.

Fourth stage: Final selection

The final winners will be selected by the Supreme Jury and the results will be announced.
