About Us
Al-Hadaf Group for Exhibition and Conference Management is a Kuwaiti non-profit organization, specialized in designing and organizing community and knowledge initiatives related to human development and institutional empowerment. The award was launched in 2019 as one of its strategic initiatives to support women, and develop knowledge and digital recognition tools in the Arab world.

Pioneering the establishment of an international award launched from the State of Qatar to honor distinguished women and enhance their impact on sustainable development.
Mission
We honor women’s excellence wherever it exists and work to transform every recognition into an opportunity for development, every success story into a tool for inspiration, and every participation into a starting point toward a permanent support system, keeping women at the heart of development and decision-making.
Award Categories
The award has been keen to include various fields of excellence in which women have proven their presence. whether as a leader in an organization, a pioneer in a project, or the initiator of a community initiative. Therefore, the award has been divided into two main categories:

General Criteria for Individual Categories
Achievement and Impact
The depth and impact of the achievements the nominee has made at the institutional or community level.
Leadership and Responsibility
The nominee’s ability to lead teams or initiatives, and achieve tangible goals.
Sustainability of Impact
The continued impact of the achievement or project in the medium or long term.
Innovation and Creativity
Providing unconventional solutions, or launching distinctive initiatives in her field.
